Bellevue WA is once again at the top of CNN Money's list of best places to live in America at #4. Among the positive factors were low unemployment rate of 5.8% (more than 2 points below that of Seattle); Bellevue's high schools are among the country's best high schools; an abundance of arts, culture and entertainment including a philharmonic orchestra, arts museum, botanical garden, youth theater, high-end shopping centers, annual music festivals (jazz and bluegrass); and over 70 parks.
