"While we're still the destination for the perfect power lunch in Bellevue, we recognized that some of our professional guests in particular wanted a lighter, more time-sensitive option-so we gave them 46," says El Gaucho Bellevue's General Manager David Scherling. "They still enjoy the superior service we're known for, but we get them back to business in less than an hour."

The new custom lunch combinations allow people on the go to enjoy a faster, lighter and affordable gourmet lunch. All while still experiencing the impeccable service El Gaucho is known for. New mix-and-match lunch combinations include:

Half Sandwich and Salad or Soup, 12.

Soup and Salad, 9.

Half Flatbread and Salad or Soup, 12.

  • Sandwiches: Tomato and Mozzarella, Portobello, Chicken & Havarti or Open-Faced Crab Melt.
  • Flatbreads: Northwest Garden, Forest Mushroom, Crispy Prosciutto or Rock Shrimp. (Flatbreads are made in a wood-fired oven, and are exclusive to the Bellevue location.)
  • Salads: El Gaucho’s famous Caesar, Garden or Seafood Chop.
  • Soups: Seafood Chowder or Soup of the Day.

The new lunch menu also features all the El Gaucho classics, so diners craving an iconic El Gaucho Power Lunch needn't worry: Opt for the famous starter, Wicked Shrimp; Ahi Tuna or Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin Steak salads; Baseball Cut Top Sirloin or an 8 oz. Filet Mignon, both served with seasonal vegetables and fries; the irresistible Gaucho Mac & Coastal Cheddar Cheese; or savor fresh, seasonal seafood, such as the Northwest's prized Wild King Salmon.
