Shake Shack is expanding its presence in Washington state with a brand new outlet in downtown Bellevue at Bellevue Square. Opening on Tuesday, June 18, the Bellevue restaurant is located at Bellevue Square in the former space of Blue C Sushi on Bellevue Way NE next to Cheesecake Factory and Castilla.

The new restaurant is the first Shake Shack in Bellevue and sixth in Washington state. The Bellevue Square Shack is a dine-in restaurant and has a pick-up side window for those wanting to pre-order digitally through the Shack app.

It will feature classic menu items like the iconic ShackBurger, crinkle-cut fries and hand-spun shakes along with seasonal offerings such as the Summer BBQ menu.

The downtown Bellevue Shack will open from 10:30am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 10:30am-12am Friday-Saturday. In a gesture of community support, Shake Shack will contribute to the local charity Harvest Against Hunger on opening day.

This new addition to Bellevue Square is sure to be a popular destination for both locals and visitors alike.
