About Enatai Beach Park & Boathouse

Bellevue's Enatai Beach Park is your gateway to Lake Washington and the water trails of Mercer Slough Nature Park. The waterfront park features a swimming area, swimming dock, boat house, picnic area, restrooms and seasonal canoe and kayak rentals and a spacious patio with scenic views overlooking Lake Washington. Take in the wildlife on a canoe, kayak or stand up paddleboard trip through nearby Mercer Slough Nature Park.

Features:

• Picnic area with 6 tables includes a semi-private area with spectacular views of Lake Washington. Water available at restrooms.
• Swimming beach with seasonal lifeguards.  Swimming beach lifeguards are on duty 12- 7pm the last Saturday in June through Labor Day.
• Canoe, kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals available at the boathouse (May - September) by calling 425-300-3027 or visit Boathouse at Enatai Beach Park
• Restrooms
• Non-motorized watercraft may be launched and landed year-round in the designated area only.

Located on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, Enatai Beach Park is a great place to get out on the water. The Enatai boathouse offers classes, outings or rentals for stand-up paddle boards (SUP), canoes, kayaks and pedal boats.

Kayak, Paddleboard and Canoe Rentals
Choose from options to rent single or double kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, or canoes at the Meydenbauer Boathouse. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Where to paddle: Paddle out on beautiful Lake Washington to see waterfront parks and homes, with views of Mount Rainier and the regional hills. The Mercer Slough Nature Park canal is the most popular destination from Enatai. The area also offers views of great blue herons, green herons, bald eagles, jays, beavers, muskrats, wild iris, water lilies, and (if you time your visit right) tasty blackberries.
