Event Description

This is a two day workshop to help you discover and learn the fun of acrylics through mixed media. Students new to acrylics will be taught the basics to get started. All students will expand their knowledge and build on that base to produce truly interesting, one-of-a-kind paintings. Students will work on their own chosen subjects in their own chosen style. there will be lessons in color, composition, and how to use acrylic mediums. Students will also be taught how to use thick textures, washes, layering, collage, and general acrylic/mixed media techniques. This is a laid back class where you can learn by experimenting and playing.
