Bring A Buddy and HIIT the Barre with BA's Colleen & Katie! Join us for a partner workout to see what the power of two can do to the power of you. We will teach a mix of HIIT style bodyweight workout moves and barre style moves, all with a buddy. Bring your most trusted workout buddy or come solo, and we'll team you up. All music will be duet style songs. Come sweat with us!
