During Native Plant Appreciation Month, the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day does not have to end on April 22nd! What better way to celebrate native plants and our planet than with a sale devoted to species ideal for Western Washington gardens? This year, join the Washington Native Plant Society at the Bellevue Botanical Garden for the Spring 2020 Plant Sale and Environmental Fair.
We will have a large selection of nearly 200 species of native bulbs, trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers ideal for Western Washington gardens and supportive to wildlife. Native plant experts will be available throughout the event to answer questions about gardening with native plants. Guest non-profit organizations will also share infor-mation about gardening for wildlife, supporting pollinators, managing noxious weeds, and much more! Our Spring Plant Sale benefits the Central Puget Sound Chapter of the Washington Native Plant Society, which has been studying and protecting plants native to the Puget Sound area for over 40 years.
