Flow in the Dark Yoga Class with Nina Mork. Join us for an exclusive class offered once per month. Glow stick necklaces & bracelets for everyone! We'll turn off the lights and light up the space with black lights.

Le Center for Health & Wellness is offering this class for everyBODY. Beginners are welcome. Family-friendly yoga class. There are many great benefits of yoga. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. It can also decrease stress and anxiety.

 

Limited spots available. Pre-registration is required.

 

About our Yoga Instructor/Teacher - Nina Mork: Nina is a 200 hours Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She teaches Vinyasa style classes and incorporates elements of breath-work throughout. She welcomes all levels of experience and fitness to her classes.

 

What do I need for an outdoor yoga class?

Make sure you adhere to the following:
Yoga Mat
Avoid perfumes
Arrive 10 minutes early
Bring a water bottle
