Cantina Monarca is a modern take on traditional Mexican cuisine and an elevated tequila lounge featuring innovative shared plates and specialty tequila & mezcal cocktails.

The Bellevue cantina features over 100 world renowned tequilas, tequila flights, and hand-crafted margaritas. The food offerings revolve around handmade tortilla tacos, wagyu skirt steak carne asada, fresh halibut ceviche and vegan dishes among other options prepared with the freshest local ingredients. Additionally, the 3,700 square foot restaurant includes an upstairs mezzanine that seats 36, a perfect space for intimate private events.
