About Us: The Mercer Island Farmers Market (MIFM) is a 501© 3 non-profit organization governed by a board of Directors.



MIFM was organized in 2008 by community members passionate about healthy food and local agriculture. Since 2008 MIFM has strived to provide the widest array of top quality Washington foods fresh from the farm, the field or sea, artisan produced and/or ready to eat. MIFM is located next to Mercerdale Park in the Mercer Island city center and operates from the 1st Sunday in June to the 2nd Sunday in October and the Sunday before Thanksgiving. MIFM is not open on Summer Celebration (2nd Sunday in July) or SeaFair (1st Sunday in August). During the season MIFM is a beloved community gathering spot on Sundays, 10-3. We invite our Bellevue neighbors to join us on Sundays this summer!
